Orders
We accept phone and e-mail orders. E-mail orders price and stock availability will be sent by return e-mail and order to proceed with purchase has to be confirmed before the order can be processed.
Orders of items which are not in stock and orders of special items incur a 30% deposit payable before the order is processed. In addition, most archery manufacturers being based in the US and Korea, freight forwarding and custom clearance can delay delivery of items up to 30 days. We endeavor to provide with you an estimated delivery time as accurately as possible and keep you inform with the progress of your order, however be aware that some matters are not in our hands.
Courier Costs
Our courier company is "Post Haste". Orders will be packaged in boxes and sent using the Post Haste Ticket system which is geographically based: Lower North Island: $5, Upper North Island $8, South Island $10. An additional $3 cost incurr for rural delivery adresses.
For particularily bulky items or very large orders, we reserve the right to modify the shipping cost. The new shipping cost will be communicated to you as soon as possible and you will have to re-confirm your order.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery, provided the items returned are in the original condition, unused and in the original packaging. We offer an exchange or refund; whichever you prefer. In-stock items for exchange will be sent as soon as returned merchandise has been received and the order processed.
The cost of delivery for returns is at your cost and for you to arrange, except when an item is faulty or has been damaged in transit. In these instances, we will pay all courier costs.
Courier or Postage costs incurred by you for return of non-faulty and non-damaged goods is not refundable.
Delivery Policy
Our delivery company is "Post Haste" . It is always our intention to process your order by the next business day. In the normal course of events you should receive your order within 7 to 10 days. We cannot guarantee Saturday or Sunday delivery and we suggest you allow 1-2 extra days for rural delivery. Should you require something urgently then please contact us by telephone. In the event of non-delivery within this time frame please contact us so that we can track and trace your order.
Compensation payments (GST Inclusive) for loss of, or damage to, courier parcels sent within New Zealand are limited to an all up claim of NZ$1500.00. If the order is for an amount greater than this figure additional cover is your care.
